As promised during his campaign, Councilman Rice formally opened his community office within his first 100 days in office. This satellite office is a community council office for the convenience of West Ward residents that may be unable to commute to the Councilman’s Municipal City Hall Office.
Councilman Ronald C. Rice’s Little City Hall/Community Resource Center is located at 900-B 18 th Avenue, between Melrose and Vermont Sts. It is staffed with two (2) members of the Councilman’s staff and is open to the public from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

First Monday of Every Month (5:00PM - 8:00PM)
Starting in March 2007, Little City Hall will be open until 9:00 PM every Monday for residents that work late.
